Nitin was also instrumental in startup of a successful distribution company for General Insurance, Life Insurance, Corporate and Online Verticals (Aggregation Insurance websites) and achieving a gross premium of 140+ crores within the first 15 months of operations. Nitin heads the Instapolicy team and puts to good use his sharp business acumen, sound understanding of the Insurance industry, excellent leadership skills and people management.

Deepak comes to us with 11+ years’ broking experience wherein he worked with various Insurance broking firms. In his current role he is primarily responsible for Life & Health Insurance Business Development across all branches PAN India , supporting & implementation of various business plans. Deepak is highly process driven and thereby focuses on quality of the businesses sourced. At Instapolicy, he puts to good use his past experiences combined with business management skills to drive gains in revenue, market share and profit performance.
With over 2 decades of diverse, local & international experience in Contracting, Consulting, Shipping & Insurance industry, Dharam heads the Compliance division of Instapolicy. In this capacity, he puts to good use of his previous experiences with the Insurance Broking houses and is responsible for development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures and frameworks in accordance with the IRDAI regulations. He also brings with him global best practices that will strengthen Instapolicy’s systems and processes.
Chandra comes to us with a 13+ years’ experience in Insurance Sector wherein he worked with various insurance companies and broking houses. In his last assignment as the Regional Head - East, he was responsible for successfully turning around the region with sustainable growth & profitability. Chandra adds to our valuable expertise with strong business acumen, sound understanding of retail segment, excellent leadership skills and people management.
Naveen joins Instapolicy with over 20+ years of rich experience with Insurance Broking houses and has expertise in Channel, Institution and Direct Sales & Marketing. Naveen is a competent, result oriented professional in building and managing retail sales, Customer Relationship Management, Recruitment and Team Management. He is proficient in managing and leading teams for delivering and exceeding given sales and recruiting targets. He is a thorough professional with a pro active attitude, capable of thinking out of the box and generating new ideas.
