Deepak is a strategic player in the Instapolicy team, with expertise in implementing strategies towards enhancing, market penetration, volumes and a sustainable growth. He has excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, with proven abilities in training and development, customer relationship management and planning.

Mohit Kumar is a graduate from Rohailkand University. With over 13+ years of experience, Mohit has a flair for charting out business development plans and effectively implementing them to contribute towards business volumes. Mohit is well versed in conducting qualitative research, deft in understanding the industry objectives to achieve the organizational objectives. In his capacity as the Regional Head, Mohit has demonstrated his abilities in cementing long standing relationships with Insurance companies and in leading the team towards organizational goals. Mohit is a team player and a good conversationalist and masters the art of winning friends and influencing people.
Krishna comes to us with 6+ years of experience with major Insurance broking houses. He has a strong track record of deal closures and has successfully led his team to make his region as one of the top performing regions in Instapolicy. Krishna is heading the Mumbai region, where his focus is to consolidate the existing business by leveraging his relationships and his prior experiences with Insurance broking houses.
Sachin is a graduate from Mumbai University. With over 15+ years of experience in various insurance and broking houses, Sachin brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding at managing the critical and complex function of operations. He is instrumental in seamlessly integrating the entire operations vertical at Instapolicy. This includes implementation, execution, setting up of systems, procedures and internal controls, back office operations, accounts & finance.
Aftab is a Law Graduate and a practicing Advocate in Lucknow High Court for over 5+ years. Before practicing Law, Aftab has extensive experience in Insurance companies and developing Distribution channels. He is highly innovative and successful advocate, efficient at developing creative case strategies and writing persuasive briefs. Aftab thrives in dynamic environments and quickly adapts to the ever changing demands of the Insurance industry.
Shailesh Chavan is a Commerce graduate with diploma in Tax Management from Welingkar Institute of Management Development. Shailesh is responsible for the entire accounting functions of Instapolicy. Managing finances of a broking house is a critical responsibility with qualities of integrity, patience & acumen. With over 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, Shailesh not only comes equipped with these traits, but excels at them. Shailesh has been an important cog in the Instapolicy wheel, and is instrumental in building, leading and motivating his team to produce MIS, financial reports with his trademark accuracy.
Shraddha is a Commerce graduate (Banking & Insurance) & comes to Instapolicy with more than 5+ years of online vertical experience. In her previous role as Online Manager she has successfully implemented online platforms for general insurance sales & support. Most importantly, Shraddha has provided valuable inputs in the development of a well documented process for our Online portal – a key reason behind our success. Shraddha firmly believes in offering the users of the portal maximum information regarding available insurance options by using technological innovations.
Saikat is a Graduate from Kolkata University with specialization in IT. With over 15+ years of experience in General Insurance and Insurance Broking, Saikat has demonstrated his ability in Risk evaluation, IT solutions, handling subordinates, corporate and HNI clients, Interaction with insurance companies etc. and thus has played a pivotal role in increasing the market share of Instapolicy in West Bengal, Assam, and other regions in the East. This has been possible due to his proficiency and experience in General Insurance and IT solutions. Saikat is a certified Broker Qualified person for Composite Broking and is currently pursuing Licentiate program from the Insurance Institute of India.
Nikhil is a graduate from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra with 10+ years of experience in Insurance Management (Sales & Marketing), Insurance Broking and currently heads Instapolicy Delhi branch. Nikhil is a keen player and strategist with proven abilities in image and brand building, managing professional associates and client relationships. His expertise in development and implementation of business strategies , product positioning, channel management and direct sales has provided valuable inputs to Instapolicy not only in Delhi, but on a pan India basis.
